We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations or re-schedules made less than 24 hours before appointment: 30% of service will be charged. If an appointment is re-scheduled before the 24 hour period more than 2 times a 30% re-scheduling fee will be charged. No-shows: 100% of service will be charged Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment, arriving late may result in shortened service time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule. Membership Clients: VIP membership clients must follow the same cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting that month’s included service. Emergency Consideration: We understand emergencies and illness happen. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate when appropriate.
