Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment: 30% of service will be charged No-shows: 100% of service will be charged Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment, arriving late may result in shortened service time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule. Membership Clients: VIP membership clients must follow the same cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting that month’s included service. Emergency Consideration: We understand emergencies and illness happen. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate when appropriate.
